Twice he pulled through. Because of these days, I always thought we would have days to gather as a family but when the end came for him it came quickly. It made it a bit harder to take.

I am so glad you are celebrating life with your family.

Therese.Theresehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04866840456840793793noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-143485269626703118.post-4869028395038000512010-07-19T22:39:07.713+10:002010-07-19T22:39:07.713+10:00How beautiful. May He contiue to bless you all no matter what lies ahead.
Our family has experienced many dark days and come up strong. It is so precious to have those roots. Yesterday, we took Mum home for a few hours from hospital. I too value every meal, every conversation with my dear parents.
And for Jemimah? Special golden memories of her parents, grnadparents and extended family who stood together and trusted God in the valley of shadows.Rubyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09705309602853231946noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-143485269626703118.post-61378596436473083592010-07-19T10:05:14.498+10:002010-07-19T10:05:14.498+10:00This is such a beautiful, heartfelt post Jeanne. How right you are - family is everything, and these days that you are sharing together now, with your Dad, are going to be some of your best memories. I'm so pleased you get to do this, to gather together, to laugh, to drink and eat and to remember. It sounds like you are so blessed to have such a wonderful family. Keep on doing just what you're doing I say. Seems just the right response.

xMelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01103643232928794226noreply@blogger.com
