So if you have not much to say or write, than enjoy other activities. We'll still be here when you wander in. :)Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06588301010931781051noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-143485269626703118.post-70074317525242715702015-04-26T03:52:20.901+10:002015-04-26T03:52:20.901+10:00Hi Jeanne

Which leads on to what I am thinking about - a family wedding in Paris next weekend (nice) and putting together outfits for it (not so nice - I share your feelings towards clothes shopping!).
I am also thinking lots about MEP as I am in the process of changing our maths curriculum, and I have found all your posts very helpful, thank you ever so much! A free, english-based curriculum - why didn't I find it earlier?!!
Heather in LondonHevshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18406005830111773811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-143485269626703118.post-28473673228224012812015-04-23T13:21:15.003+10:002015-04-23T13:21:15.003+10:00Kathy, I have your problem. Finding clothes you love takes a lot more time than you might think. I put a week's worth of clothes on a shelving unit in the closet, organized by day, and then I pretty much wear that rotation until the weather changes and I need to sub things out.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-143485269626703118.post-63005504123526319392015-04-23T09:52:30.476+10:002015-04-23T09:52:30.476+10:00Hi Jeanne,

But, election season is upon us and those of my friends that had calmed down are gearing up again. Actually my worry about FB lately is that it is taking away my ability to concentrate on other things - like books. How easy it is to make a desultory scroll through the feed rather than concentrate on physics or Moby Dick, as much as I like them.

Other than that, I've had a lot of thunking to do about work, and running, and trying out new cookbook recipes. Dh brings them home from his o/s trips.I'm always reluctant to throw out clothes as I also hate shopping for them. FB - it's been good to connect especially with family & see what online friends like yourself are doing but I don't post often & am shocked at times by the nastiness which a degree of anonymity can bring out - not that I see much of it as I don't get to FB often.Carolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06820925595506920754noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-143485269626703118.post-29987871771729974472015-04-23T07:15:30.867+10:002015-04-23T07:15:30.867+10:00Nothing like a good de-clutter to make a girl happ...Nothing like a good de-clutter to make a girl happy. I'm thinking about that AO Retreat in July too....and wondering if I should wait to purchase my plane tickets until after the official registration is open. Part me is afraid that the prices will get pushed up out of my range if I wait too long, or I won't be able to find flights at suitable times since I'm trying to squeeze it in between other things. Trying to be patient....

I'm also thinking about the fact that we fly out to the US 1 month from today and that I've done nothing to pack my house here that we will be away from for a year, and planning a rather modified Term 2 to account for all the travelling we'll be doing over the next few months...trying to keep my expectations reasonable...Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17576009644971020668noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-143485269626703118.post-68847569607672166582015-04-22T21:59:39.439+10:002015-04-22T21:59:39.439+10:00Oh my, kangaroo steaks?

It is an incredible feeling. I like the quote- "less is more".

Sorry to hear about your bad experiences on facebook. I pretty much only have what I believe will be uplifting and encouraging when it comes to facebook. If a friend begins to post bad statuses often that simply pull me down, I will hide them from my home page. I don't know if that helps your situation. At the moment I am thinking about all this rain and the storms in NSW. I'm thinking about how lonely I have felt this year with home schooling, and it has been my hardest year yet, I have felt really out of the loop with anyone. So I can understand a little about how you have been feeling. That's my honest answer. Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11507551793424616654noreply@blogger.com
