Jeanne, We loved Tortoro! The kids have watched it once a day for the past week. They watched it once in English to get the story line, then in Japanese ever since. Thank you!

Certainly try My Neighbor Totoro. Or possibly Ponyo as an alternative. Let me know what you think - they're very different from English cartoons!
