Birds in Backyards is an online research, education and conservation program focusing on the birds that live where people live.

We became members and take part in their online surveys. We do these the first Monday of each month. They're fun, interesting and educational as well! We love looking for new birds to add to our list.

Hi Jeanne. We went to Victoria last week, exactly Yarra Glen and we spotted a satin bowerbird, gorgeous dark blue glossy Feathers bird. I noticed you listed that bird in the list.

I'd love you to leave me a message. Tell me what you like - and what you don't. Just remember that this is what we do in our family - it doesn't have to be what you do in yours...
