Who is this masked man?

Jemimah took these photos yesterday during nature study. I saw her looking at the caterpillar, but I didn't realise how beautiful it was until I downloaded the photos today.

Is anybody clever enough to identify it for us?

    He is beautiful, isn't he!

Not sure about Danus ganutia, Ganeida, becasue he has horns. Jemimah's did not...similar though, I'd agree.

  9. lol The only caterpillars I am sure of are the big hairy itchy grubs. I guess you checked out the other grubs while you were on the site. I'll ask Dearest; he's done some insect work for horticulture. The trouble is knowing if it's a moth or a butterfly ...or something else entirely. PLease, if you do find out, let us know. ☺

  10. One of my boys worked out of Carnarvon for awhile; home base Perth; surfed the beach end of the Margaret River. Great White country. Big surf. Cold water. Yeah, I don't know much either. My mum says Perth is very beautiful so enjoy! ☺

I'd love you to leave me a message. Tell me what you like - and what you don't. Just remember that this is what we do in our family - it doesn't have to be what you do in yours...
