Today my daughter had a haircut. She's done this to me before, a couple of times, and I take it as a personal affront. She does this solely to traumatise her mother. This is true. I know it.
She is not allowed to grow up so quickly. It just is not right. Next thing I know she'll be 18 and heading off to University or getting married or something equally unimaginable.
Can somebody pass the chocolate? Please?
That is a big pile of hair! Still looks beautiful! xo
ReplyDeleteYes chocolate is necessary!!!
ReplyDeleteShe is lovely :)
When they are grown up you can enjoy their company in a different way and it is just as good!
ReplyDeleteI can't convince my girl to go to the hairdresser! There was an 18 year old at work today planning her honeymoon - too young! Uni, I can cope with!

ReplyDeleteBig kids are wonderful too. The conversations get deeper & the love grows bigger.
ReplyDeleteJeanne, I will gladly wallow in chocolate with you...and champagne as well. Max is almost as tall as I am and he never.asked.my.permission.
